Our new Direct-to-Film transfer system provides the following advantages to our customers High-Quality Printing: Direct-to-film transfers allow for detailed and vibrant designs to be printed on garments, resulting in sharp, durable, and fade-resistant images. Versatility: Direct-to-film transfers can be applied to various fabrics, making them suitable for different types of garments, such as t-shirts, hoodies, caps, and bags, and applicable to a range of industries. Cost-Effective: Direct-to-film transfers are a cost-effective option for small to medium-sized production runs, as they eliminate the need for expensive setup costs, making them more affordable for short-run or customized orders. Quick Turnaround Time: Direct-to-film transfers offer fast production times, making them ideal for time-sensitive orders or rush jobs. Easy Customization: Direct-to-film transfers allow for easy customization of garments, with the ability to modify or update designs without the need for new screens, making it convenient for creating personalized garments or incorporating changes in design elements. We also continue to use Roland VS-300 digital printer and cut machine; we are able to produce FULL COLOR transfers and stickers to ANY size or shape, that are suitable to apply to almost every substrate. Furthermore, the digital systems allow us to produce a single transfer, if that’s all you need (minimum invoice value applies). Set-up costs are paid once and once only. Your file is simply stored on our system and extracted as necessary.
